Very unique river view property!

This house is very unusual with its King Ranch furnishings and custom made cabinetry and woodwork. The Pecan wood comes from the property and the owner has a sawmill where he prepared the woodwork. Huge sofa that was custom made and covered w beautiful leather. This is not the cookie cutter Room to Go type furnishings you find at many VRBO’s. Wonderful game room w pool table and large covered porch with porch furniture. Great for large families since it has many beds in the bedrooms. Donny, the owner, was very attentive and responded to any requests we had! This was one of the more unusual VRBO trips we have taken. Garner State Park which is close by is also fantastic for hiking and swimming on the Rio Frio!! You can also swim and wade right in front of the house!!!
